• Residence Proclamation Form
• 4 passport photos

• Copy of the passport (Page with the photo, page which indicates the last entrance, page which indicates the validity period)
• Visa for Trade or Job Interview purposes obtained from our representatives abroad (Consulates)
• The original of the notary certified activity certificate of the company
• The original of the notary certified tax board of the company
• The original of the notary certified trade registry gazette of the company
• The original of the notary certified signatory circular of the company
• If there is a previous residence permit, the original of the residence permit and copy of all the processed pages
• The original of the notary certified power of attorney of the applicant by attorney
If there is a previous extension, the original of the residence permit and copy of all the processed pages are required.
