1. OBTAINING WORK PERMIT

Work permits for foreign personnel are given by Ministry of Labor and Social Security in accordance with the law numbered 4875. 9ekim completes the application process of the foreign personnel, who will obtain work permit for the first time, in the name of his/her company  by preparing and controlling the necessary documents within the prescribed time. The conformity of the criteria of company and expat to the criteria of Ministry of Labor is determined by the experts. We warn our customers against applying for work permit if there is low or no chance and indicate the reasons. We request supportive extra information and documents for the application to be positive before performing the work permit application.

Despite the known criteria in laws and regulations, Ministry of Labor may make different comments on information and documents, which may lead a negative result in work permit application. No one can say if an application is to be accepted unless it is considered by experts.

The possibility of work permits to be accepted is up to preparing a successful application file, which meets laws and regulations, by experienced consultants who have perfect command of evaluation criteria of Ministry of Labor. If the work permit application is rejected, the company cannot apply again for the same employee for 1 year and possible later applications will be affected negatively by the fact that the previous one was rejected. So work permit application files which are prepared incomplete or inaccurately, cause loss of time and prestige for HR departments, also affect the motivation negatively.

9ekim Consultancy Company analyses the necessary documents and information to present all possibilities and risks. Therefore provides concrete predictions about the possibility of their requests and situation in order to prevent the company from possible loss of time and prestige.

Having a previous work permit does not guarantee the extension of the relevant work permit.

Extension application can be made before the permit expires with the condition that is is made maximum two months before the work permit expires. For the extension of an expired work permit, request petition and attachments must be in the general document records of Ministry of Labor maximum 15 days after the expiration. 9ekim follows the time periods with the softwares peculiar to the company and reminds the HR departments.
